Terms of Use

By accessing or using Bizon Business OS ("Bizon", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

These terms apply to all users, including administrators, employees, and contractors who access the platform under your organization account.

Bizon provides a cloud-based ERP SaaS platform including modules for accounting, HRM, CRM, sales, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, analytics, and related AI-powered features.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Material changes to core functionality will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

You must provide accurate business and contact information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach at [email protected].

• One account per legal business entity unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Minimum age of 18 to register as account owner
• Accurate billing and tax information for subscription payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy or required by law.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, reverse engineer the software, upload malicious code, or use Bizon for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk to other customers.

• No scraping or automated access beyond documented APIs
• No reselling access without a partner agreement
• No storing illegal content or infringing intellectual property

You retain ownership of all business data you upload to Bizon. We process your data solely to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days. After that period, data may be permanently deleted from our systems.

Bizon, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by Bizon Business OS and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of our platform.

Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Bizon in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the agreement according to the subscription terms. We may terminate immediately for material breach, non-payment, or illegal use.

Provisions that by nature should survive termination — including data handling, liability limits, and dispute resolution — will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
