Bizon Business OS ("Bizon", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our ERP SaaS platform and website.

By using Bizon, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the platform, and limited technical data from your devices.

• Account details: name, email, phone, company name, billing address
• Business data: customers, vendors, transactions, inventory, HR records you enter
• Usage data: logins, feature usage, IP address, browser type, device identifiers
• Payment information: processed securely by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers)

We use collected information to operate, maintain, and improve Bizon, including AI features that analyze your business data to generate insights and reports you request.

Bizon AI Expert processes your business data to answer questions and generate reports within your account. AI outputs are based on your data and are not shared with other customers.

We do not use your proprietary business data to train public AI models. Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics may be used to improve platform performance.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in operating our platform, subject to confidentiality agreements.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account closure, business data is available for export for 30 days, then deleted from production systems within 90 days unless legal retention applies.

Backup copies may persist for a limited period before being overwritten.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
